Sunday September 2/12 update

Good day.  Today was grocery day because I am running out of a few staples   I had to call my sweetheart to see which store was the best for a “one-stop-shopping” experience.  She advised me that Coral beats SuperMaxi by a long shot so that saved me some traveling money since Coral is just a short walk. 

Sunday is actually a bad day to go shopping because it seems every family for miles around come to shop, and with four kids in tow.  If this was the situation in North America, we would avoid the place like the plague!   But here the kids are so darn cute and well-behaved that it is not that great a hardship.  The place was packed today as I probably caught the folks doing their shopping after church.  I even had to pack most of my groceries, which I managed to get for under $60.  I am probably good for 2 weeks now, at least.

Other than eating at Joe’s Secret Garden once a week, I have only eaten out twice in the past month, preferring to eat at home (not counting the 2 days on the trip).

Last night I received a slideshow made by Linda on a Mac of the Amigos English School.  Many of the photos are from the first two classes when the boys thought it was funny to swap names, so the names on the photos aren't necessarily right.   Unfortunately I have since found out that I can’t forward it or give a link as it seems to be “invitation only”.  That is too bad because the video is very enjoyable.

I watched two movies back-to-back with the Boys tonight.
